| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等做为主要研究方法,分别对"体育系统"、"教育系统"少年阶段篮球训练组织系统的现状进行了分析,并得出如下结论:"体制"问题是我国少年阶段"体育系统"与"教育系统"在篮球训练的组织过程中存在主要矛盾的原因,在"体制"这个大背景的影响下,呈现出现阶段迫在眉睫的"合理利用人、财、物力资源"、"学与训"、"智与体"等问题。在进行深入分析与研究的基础上,本文提出对少年阶段篮球训练组织系统优化与重构的战略设想。
