| 摘 要： | 本文在分析新建地方高校图书馆现状的基础上认为,新建地方高校图书馆的建设与发展应以建设学科特色馆藏为根本,以建设地方特色文献馆藏为支撑,以建设名人纪念馆为特色,将地方高校图书馆建设成为本区域内具有重要影响的文献信息中心。
