| 摘 要： | 利用SPSS19软件的一般线性模型，对影响香菇产量的品种、培养料及栽培场所进行了单变量多因素方差分析．研究表明，在影响香菇产量的因素中，作用大小依次为：培养料〉品种〉培养料×品种〉栽培场所〉栽培场所×培养料×品种．在各因素对产量的影响中，培养料因素中是木屑＋棉壳培养料优于木屑培养料，品种因素中以秋栽3号最优，其次为武×856，栽培场所因素中是室内塑料棚优于室外塑料棚．在香菇生产中，应注意品种与培养料的配套使用问题．

| Abstract: | In the factors that affecting the yield of Lentinula edodes, varieties （ V）, culture materials （CM） and culture areas （CA） were analyzed through the general linear model for univariate in SPSS 19 software. The result indicated that the effect size of these factors on yield is followed by CM, V, CM -V interaction, CA, CA -CM -V multi -interaction. Furthermore, among these factors, sawdust add cottonseed hulls material is superior to sawdust material, the variety Qiuzai 3 is the best one followed by Wu x 856, and the indoor plastic shelter is better than the outdoor plastic shelter. Therefore, in cuhivation process Lentinula edodes, the interaction between varieties and materials should be paid more attention to. |
