| 摘 要： | 设计了数字电路板在线测试故障诊断系统,论述了该系统的结构和功能,讨论了被测数字电路板测试向量的生成算法;该算法基于伪穷举测试的原理,并通过增加约束条件进一步减少了测试向量的个数.

| Abstract: | A on line test and fault diagnosis system for digital printed circuit board is designed , and the structure and function of the system are discussed in detail. Based on the principle of pseudo exhaustive testing, a diagnostic algorithm is also discussed. Through considering the restricted condition, the test vectors are reduced to the least. |
