| 摘 要： | 中央银行在维护金融稳定方面具有毋庸置疑的天然职能。要切实、有效地维护金融稳定,央行必须从防范和化解金融风险两方面着手。主要措施包括:制定和实施稳健的货币政策,积极引导金融体制的改革,建立和完善预警系统风险的预警体系,加强支付和清算体系建设,建立银行、企业和个人的征信体系,进一步完善金融信息的报告和披露制度,加强央行与各监管主体之间的信息交流和政策协调,建立监管信息共享制度,积极引导风险自查活动并加强国际合作等等。

| Abstract: | There is no doubt that the central bank plays vital roles in assuring financial steadiness.To do it,precaution and solution of risk should be the first step,which includes setting currency policy,reforming financial system,building and perfecting risk alarm system,bettering report and exposure of financial information,strengthening communication between the central bank and monitoring bodies,sharing monitoring information,self checking and cooperating internationally. |
