| 摘 要： | 在 19世纪初期 ,加拿大有组织的政党已经出现。到 19世纪末 ,加拿大两党制最终确立。由于受到联邦选举结果的影响 ,加拿大政党制度历经了几次重大的改变。在其一个多世纪的演变轨迹中 ,加拿大政党制度显示出四大特点 :(一 )大党占统治地位、两党制是主体 ,(二 )政党执政时间长 ,(三 )选民票与议会席位不成正比 ,(四 )政党制度在两级政府的运作方式不同

| Abstract: | In early 19th century,some organized groups had emerged in Canada,but till late 19th century,the two party system was set up.Influenced by the federal electi on results,political party system in Canada has been changed greatly.During the evolution of centuries,it has showed four features:1.two party system is principal;2.long time ruling for the party in power;3.vote and seat are out of proportion;4.the differences exist in the federal election and the provincial election. |
