| 摘 要： | 凯兴斯泰纳是19世纪末20世纪初德国职业教育运动的主要倡导者和实践者,其劳作教育思想不仅对德国,而且对世界各国职业教育的发展产生了重大而深远的影响。他在职业教育的地位功能、劳作学校的培养目标、普通教育和职业教育的相互关系、师资培养等方面的深刻论述,对我们今天职业教育的改革和发展具有积极的借鉴价值。
