| 摘 要： | 当前,我国大型体育场馆管理文化面临的困境主要有：伦理化的人际关系和非正式组织的干扰,经验型的管理方略和趋同性的创新意识,政治化的人生取向和森严的等级制度等.这些严重影响着大型体育场馆经营管理效果,因此需要进行管理文化创新.

| Abstract: | The development of management culture of the large gyms and stadiums can not only unify the ethics of the staff but alto indirectly affect the operation. At present, the main problems of the management culture of large gyms and stadiums in China are ethical relationship of people, obstruction of informal organizations, management strategies based on experience and similar innovative ideologies, political orientation of life and strict hierarchy, which seriously affect the operational and managing effects of the large gyms and stadiums. |
