摘    要:20世纪后期,民营电视节目制作公司开始出现,并且一度在电视节目市场上创造辉煌。但是,近年来,民营电视节目制作公司出现了很多阻碍发展的问题。曾经风光无限的公司不断衰退,硕果仅存。东方风行传媒集团却能不断突破这些阻碍,蓬勃发展,有信心坐上民营电视节目制作公司的头把交椅。总结起来,东方风行传媒集团采取的策略有如下几方面:内容为王,不断创新;综合经营,增加赢利模式,与播出平台实现共赢;树立个人品牌,以个人品牌促发展等,这些策略可以为其他同类电视节目制作公司的发展提供帮助。

Development Strategies for Private Television Companies in Contemporary China:Taking Fleet Entertainment as an Example
Abstract:In the late 20th century, private television companies began to arise and once had created brilliance in the market. However, in recent years, many problems occur in these companies, and they begin to decline. But, Fleet Entertainment overcomes these problems, keeps developing and is conifdent to be the No.1 in the area. In conclusion, Fleet Entertainment takes the f ollowing strategies of content innovation, comprehensive management, enlargement of proift gaining pattern, double-win with broadcasting platform, building individual brand and development based on the individual brand. These strategies can be helpful for the development of other private television companies.
