| 摘 要： | 阐述了在当前竞争激烈的形势下,地方高校应树立科学发展观,坚持以学科建设为核心,确定主攻方向,突出学科优势和特色,促进学科的交叉、渗透与融合,不断提高重点学科的学术研究水平及人才凝聚功能,不断促进重点学科的可持续发展,从而推进学校整体办学实力的提高.

| Abstract: | Faced with an educational milieu of increasingly fierce competition, the choice for institutions of higher learning at the municipal or provincial level lies in focusing on key disciplines construction in the spirit of scientific development concept. This means a scientifically construed research orientation that will highlight the competitive features and vantage grounds of their key disciplines, encourage inter-disciplinary crossing, merging and integration, and most importantly, a constant effort to raise the academic research level of the key disciplines and to maintain their appeal to high quality human resources. Key disciplines constructed for a sustainable development is vital to the competitiveness, the sustainability and the overall development of provincial institutions of higher learning. |
