| 摘 要： | 中专校升格为高职院校，是层次上的实质性提升，需在培养目标、师资队伍及专业建设上调整好思路。在设计人才所需知识、技术及职业素质结构时，把握好时间、专业、地域及学生的个体差异；加强“产教研型”师资队伍建设，促进教师的专业发展；依据社会需求和学校优势设置专业，推进专业创新，建设特色专业。

| Abstract: | That secondary specialized schools are upgraded higher vocational schools is the essencial promotion at level. So we should adjust the train of thought of training target, teaching staff and speciality construction. We should grasp the differeces in time, speciality, region and students' individuality when we design the professional quality structure which talents should possess, strengthen the construction of taching staff who are the talents with cooperation of industry, study and research to promote teachers' development in speciality, provide specialities according to social demands and schools' advantages to promote innovation in speciality and construct specialities with characteristics. |
