| 摘 要： | 通过技术转移对技术创新支持作用的分析，论述了基于技术转移中心的区域技术创新体系的构成，提出了作为核心的技术转移中心所必须具有的职能，包括技术信息的集散地、技术交易的市场、产业孵化、推广与展示、人才培训等等，并对技术转移中心建设的策略进行了探讨。
