| 摘 要： | 发展生物质能源已成为解决全球能源危机的理想途径之一.林业生物质能源作为生物质能源的重要组成部分,正面临着历史的发展机遇.本文根据我国国情和资源禀赋的现实条件,阐述了开发和利用林业生物质能源的战略意义,分析了林业生物质能源的发展潜力和存在的制约因素,并对我国林业生物质能源的加速发展提出了思考对策.
