| 摘 要： | 高等学校担负着培养21世纪高素质人才的历史使命，高校思想政治工作者自身素质的高低，直接决定着思想政治工作效果的好坏，决定着人才培养的质量。时代发展要求高校思想政治工作者应具有过硬的政治理论素质、高尚的道德作风素质、广博的知识及能力素质、豁达大度的心理素质和开拓创新素质等。

| Abstract: | It's the historical mission for institutions of Higher Learning to foster quality people for 21st century. The quality of moral and political workers will directly affect the quamity of moral and political work at institutions of Higher Learning and further affect the quality of the students. To meet the needs of the times, moral and political workers should have a good grasp of political theory, high morality,wide range of knowledge and ability,should be mentally and physically healthy and creative. |
