| 摘 要： | 随着城市化步伐的加快，农民工已成为城市生活中不可或缺的重要组成部分。作为社会生活中利益缺失的一方，农民工理应得到全社会的关爱和重视。公共图书馆作为公益性的社会文化机构，其使命和性质都决定了它在建设我国社会主义和谐社会中的重要作用，而为包括农民工在内的弱势群体提供优质服务也将成为图书馆工作的重大社会责任。

| Abstract: | Migrant rural workers have been the important part of city life during the process of urbanization. As the off - interest group in social life, they should be cared and focused by all aspects of society . Public library, as the culture organization with public duty and character, should play an increasing important role in setting up our harmonious society. It is the great social responsibility of public library to offer excellent service to the disadvantaged group including migrant rural workers. |
