| 摘 要： | “经济人”是驱利的，所以在任何交换或交易活动中，人都有采取机会主义手段为自己谋取利益的可能性。因此，需要完备的制度对“经济人”进行有效的约束，抑制这种可能性的发生。如果制度存在漏洞，给“经济人”有机可乘的话。他就会失去理性，“经济人”的伦理准则就会崩溃。“经济人”道德核心在于遵守市场经济制度的理性和在此牲础上的追求利益最大化的精神，树立这种道德关键在于制度服务的有效性，这种有效性的损失必然会影响“经济人”的行为规范。

| Abstract: | Economic person is in pursuit of interest. People have the possibility of taking opportunism to make profit for themselves. So, It is necessary for self-contained system to carry effective limit out .If the system has holes, economic person will lose its sense. The ethic rule of economic person will collapse. The moral core of economic person lies in conforming to the sense of market economy. The key of building up the morality lies in the validity of the system. The loss of the validity will have an effect on the criterion of economic person. |
