| 摘 要： | 为了适应时代发展的需要,高职院校应进一步调整与完善人才培养方案,为新时代的造船工厂输送适合其生产发展的高技能人才.通过运用层次分析法进行权重的合理性评估,确定人才培养方案内课程设置的合理性,并通过结果分析评价人才培养方案中培养人才的重点应落实到哪些因素.

| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs of the development of the times,higher vocational colleges should further adjust and improve their talents training program in order to transport highly skilled personnel suitable for the production and development of shipbuilding plants in the new era.By using the hierarchical analysis method to evaluate the rationality of the weight,the rationality of curriculum setting in talents training program is determined,and through the results,the factors of talents training in talents training program to be focused on implementation are analyzed. |
