摘    要:研究方法:将成年雄性SD大鼠30只随机分为对照组、中等强度至力竭运动组和大强度至力竭运动组.测定肝线粒体中的Ca2 含量,观察凋亡肝细胞核,以探寻运动与肝细胞凋亡的相关性.研究结果:1)对照组的肝细胞中检测到少量TUNEL阳性细胞核,ME组、HE组出现凋亡细胞核;运动组与安静组相比,差异显著(p《0.05),并且不同强度组组间的差异显著(p《0.05);2)HE染色显示运动组肝细胞明显肿胀,肝窦变窄甚至消失,核变小,深染,肝小叶轮廓改变.3)中等强度力竭性运动后,肝线粒体钙含量比对照组增加263%,差异非常显著(p《0.01).运动组线粒体钙含量有大量的增加,与对照组相比差异具有显著性意义,不同强度组间的差异显著(p《0.05).结论:线粒体内Ca2 的大量积聚可能激活了细胞凋亡的启动程序,这使得中等强度力竭运动更易于导致肝细胞凋亡.

Abstract:Methods Forty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: control(C),middle intensity exercise(ME) and high intensity exercise(HE).The mitochondrial Ca~(2 ) content were examined,the apoptotic liver cell were detected by TUNEL.Results: 1) Fewer TUNEL positive in the liver was detected in liver of the control group.In HE group and in ME group, there were a number of detected apoptosis cells in liver,(p<0.05),which was significant when compared with the control group,while the deference between two exercise groups was significant(p<0.05);2) In the HE stain,liver bulged in exercise group,sinus hepaticus narrowed or died away,karyon diminished and deep dyed;liver lobule of outline change;3) The mitochondrial Ca~(2 ) in the liver was increased by 263% after middle intensity exercise,and the result of the comparison with control group was significant(p<0.01),while there were increases in the exercise groups,the deference between two exercise groups was significant(p<0.05).
