| 摘 要： | 国家重点实验室是我国科学研究的“国家队”。在对我国８０个国家重点实验室的问卷调查基础上,从其“开放、流动、联合”的运行机制出发,本文提出重点实验室高效运行的一种组织模式：即“常规组织”与“面向任务的临时群体”并列运行的组织模式,并指出重点实验室高效运行的关键在于这两种“组织”的高效管理。

| Abstract: | The Key laboratories are the teams in China Basing the survey of the key labs,the auhors have put forward a mode for the key labs,from which a key lab consists a "normal"and a "temporary"organiz ation,and point out that the effective management of the labs depend on the effective management of these two types of the organization. |
