| 摘 要： | 孔子行政伦理思想源远流长、博大精深。讲求德政仁治、重视伦常、提倡和谐、追求安定是其总体特征,行政伦理本质独具宗法性、行政道德修养注重＂实践＂性、行政人格具有双重性、行政伦理规范突出＂情感＂性等是其主要特点。这些特点初步奠定了儒家行政伦理文化的基础,对后世产生了深远而重大的影响。

| Abstract: | Confucian administrative ethics has a long history and with very profound contents.It has the features of Stressing on and pursuing the moral rule and the benevolent administration,paying attention to daily ethics,advocating harmonious,seeking social stability.It is also featured with unique morality of patriarchal clan system,laying stress on ＂practice＂ in cultivating administrative morality,dual personality of administrative personnel,and prominent characters of feeling of compassion.All these features constituted the foundation of Confucian administrative ethics and have deep and significant impacts to future generations in China. |
