| 摘 要： | 教师业务档案,是教师在教学、科研等活动过程中形成的具有保存价值的各种材料。但由于部分教师档案意识淡薄,视为己有,给档案管理者的收集、编研、归档带来诸多困难。为此,增强教师档案意识,构建新型的高校教师业务档案阵地,对学校的发展有着十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Teachers'profession work files are various documents formed during the process of teaching and researching, which are worth keeping. However, due to some teachers'indifferent attitude as well as the fact that they consider them private,it is quite difficult for the archivists to collect,compile and file them .Therefore,it is quite important to reinforce the teachers'awareness of the importance of the files and pay due attention to their management. |
