| 摘 要： | 财政政策为解决城乡收入断裂提供了一种有效的途径。在财政收支与城乡收入相关理论基础上，采取协整和误差修正模型实证分析了财政对我国城乡收入断裂的影响。从长期来看，财政收入有利于缩小城乡断裂，而财政支出则拉大了城乡收入断裂，均衡财政对改善城乡收入断裂的效果显著，这就要求政府在实施财政政策时要充分考虑财政收支对城乡收入断裂的不同影响，优化财政收支结构，进而缩小城乡收入断裂。
