| Abstract: | Jiang Zemin, with his spirit of theoretical innovation, put forward the policy of running the country by combining the rule of law with the rule of virtue. This is a product of perfecting and deepening of CPC 's basic policy of running the country and also the heritage and development of Mao Zedongs and Deng Xiaopings basic policy of running the country . It is the important part of fulfilling the combination of the rule of law with the rule of virtue to build the socialist moral system in accordance with socialist market economy. |
