| 摘 要： | 通过对当前离石城区中小学阳光体育活动开展中，各中小学课外体育活动现状的调查分析，找出存在的问题，并对中小学课外体育活动的形式、内容和方法进行了探讨，为中小学课外体育活动的顺利开展和保障阳光体育活动质量提供参考依据。
