竞技运动教练员工作-家庭关系的前因和后果模型研究

摘    要:采用调查问卷对320名竞技运动教练员进行调查,对257份有效问卷进行信度分析表明调查问卷具有较好的信度。结构方程模型分析表明,工作压力源和工作投入能正向预测工作→家庭冲突;家庭压力源和家庭投入能正向预测家庭→工作冲突;工作→家庭冲突能负向预测工作满意度、能正向预测工作倦怠的情绪衰竭维度和情感疏远维度;家庭→工作冲突能负向预测工作满意度、家庭满意度、工作倦怠的个人成就感维度,家庭→工作冲突能正向预测工作倦怠的情感疏远维度;工作投入能正向预测工作→家庭促进,家庭投入能正向预测家庭→工作促进,工作→家庭促进正向预测家庭满意度,家庭→工作促进正向预测工作满意度、家庭满意度。

Abstract:320 coaches in sports were investigated by work-family interface questionnaire,reliability analysis on 257 recalled valid questionnaire showed that the questionnaire has desirable reliability.Structural Equation Model analyzed by Lisrel8.70 show that job stressors and job involvement can forecast positively W→F conflict;family stressors and family involvement can forecast positively F→W conflict;W→F conflict can forecast negatively job satisfaction,can forecast positively emotional exhaustion,depersonalization;F→W conflict can forecast negatively job satisfaction,family satisfaction,depersonalization,can forecast positively personal accomplishment.Job involvement can forecast positively W→F facilitation,family involvement can forecast positively F→W facilitation,W→F facilitation can forecast positively family satisfaction,and F→W facilitation can forecast positively job satisfaction and family satisfaction.
