提高中小学教师远程培训实效性探讨

摘    要:中小学教师远程培训能够突破时空的限制和供求差异,而且为学员、师生之间的互动提供了良好的网络平台,是中小学教师灵活学习、自主学习的培训方式。但是,由于主客观条件的限制,远程培训的上述优势未能得到充分的彰显,所以应当加强组织管理、教学管理,并创新辅导教师角色,辅导教师不仅要承担管理者、释疑者的角色,而且要扮演好鼓励者、引领者、监督者、评价者、合作者的角色。

Abstract:Distant Education for the elementary and secondary school teachers could break the limit of spacetime and supply-demand difference and provides an ideal network platform for the interaction of the learners,and of the learner and the teacher.It is a mode of training for flexible learning and autonomous learning.However,due to the limitation of subjectivity,the above-mentioned advantages have not been brought into full play.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the organizational administration and teaching management,and to innovate the roles of the tutor who is not only a manager and a coach,but also one who encourages,guides,supervises,assesses,and cooperates with the learner.
