运动与氨代谢

摘    要:运动可以使血氨浓度升高。关于运动与氨代谢关系的研究,目前比较一致的观点认为,在长时间高强度运动中血氨浓度显著升高,高浓度血氨对人体具有毒副作用,因而在运动性疲劳的产生中具有不容忽视的作用。血氨对运动强度远较血乳酸更为敏感,可能成为一个重要的生理学评定指标。

Abstract:Xercise can increase blood concentration of ammonia. The studies about the relationship between exercise and ammonia metabolism suggest that blood concentration of ammonia significantly increases in intense endurance exercise. It has been confirmed that high concentrations of ammonia are extreme-ly toxic to humans. Toxicity can possibly reduce the ecercise capacity of an individual and cause greater fatigue . Blood ammonia concentrations are more sensitive to exercise in ten sity than lactate. Therefere ,it has been proposed that ammonia may be a betten physiological marker.
