| 摘 要： | 刘易斯转折点是二元经济向一元经济转化的重要环节。劳动力市场一体化和人口类型的转变是伴随着刘易斯转折点到来的两个标识性变化。由于中国二元经济转化和人口类型转变的特殊性，其刘易斯转折点呈现出与其他国家不同的特点，即劳动力市场一体化，特别是城乡劳动力市场一体化滞后于人口类型的转变。户籍制度、城市的二元体制、转移的劳动力素质不高、第三方和雇员组织发展滞后是劳动力市场发展滞后的主要原因。因此，改革户籍制度、建立统一的社会保障体系、统筹城乡就业、以及加速培育第三方和雇员组织是加快城乡劳动力市场一体化的题中之议。

| Abstract: | The Lewis Turning Point is an important link which transforms the dual economy to integrated economy.Labor market integration and the population type transformation are two marking changes which The Lewis Turning Point brings.Because of the Chinese peculiarity of dual economy and the population type transformation,its Lewis Turning Point presents a different characteristic,namely labor market integration,particularly,the rural labor market integration lags behind the population type transformation.The household register system,the city dual system,the low quality of migrating laborforce,the lag of the third party and the employee organization development lead to the lag of the labor market development.Therefore,to reform the household register system,establish a unified social security system,and reform the city employment system;to coordinate urban and rural employment as well as to accelerate the development of the third party and the employee organizations all become very important. |
