| 摘 要： | 作为北京奥运会前的最后一届奥运会,都灵冬奥会在环境保护方面作了很多示范.其环境政策涉及战略环境评价、国际合作、区域性关系、环境认证以及可持续发展报告等问题,而环境实施规划则包括环境监测、建筑工地的审查、临时性建筑、绿色采购、废弃物管理、赞助商与可持续发展、贴有欧盟生态标签的旅游产业、气候保护、博物馆建设等工作.在某些方面,北京应借鉴都灵的经验来完善自己的环境政策.

| Abstract: | As the last Olympic Games before Beijing Olympic Games, the Torino Winter Olympic Games did much demonstration in environmental protection. Its environmental policy involves strategic environmental protection, international cooperation, regional relation, environmental authentication and sustainable development report, etc. The implementation of environmental plan includes environmental monitoring, examination of the construction site, temporary buildings, green purchasing, wastes management, sponsors and sustainable development, tourism industry with European Union eco - labeling, climate protection, museum construction, etc. Beijing should learn from the experience of Torino in some respects to improve our environmental policies. |
