| 摘 要： | “入世”后，我国行业协会面临着种种严峻的挑战，其中主要有来自市场化进程加快，政府机构改革和职能转换，经济结构的优化升级等三个方面带来的冲击和挑战，这些挑战对我国行业协会的发展和前途具有决定性，根本性和全局性的影响，为了适应“入世”后的社会发展，我国行业协会应该大力进行改革和更新，完善组织体系，拓展管理功能，促使自身由封闭型向开放型，自律型向开拓型发展。

| Abstract: | Since China's entry into World Trade Organization, the trade association has been facing severe challenges which mainly come from three aspects: the acceleration of the process of market orientation; the reform of government organization and the transformation of government function; the perfecting and upgrading of economic structure. These challenges have an overall and fundamentally decisive influence on the development and prospect of China's trade association. In order to fit in with the social development after the entry into World Trade Organization, China's trade association should devote major efforts to self renovation. By perfecting organizational systems and expanding management function, traditional trade association should enable itself to transfer from a closed and self discipline type to be an open and pioneering one. |
