| 摘 要： | 文化是城市之魂，正确的城市文化选择可以更好地挖掘西安的人文历史资源，把它变为西安文化发展中的现实优势。在西安城市文化选择中，必须做好三个方面的工作：一要立足西安历史文化资源优势，保护好城市文化生态；二要面向世界，在现代化城市发展中打造西安城市文化的个性品质；三要打造具有历史特色的国际性现代化大城市形象。

| Abstract: | Culture is the spirit of city,so a rational urban cultural choice can become a better way to exploit Xi'an human historic resources for the purpose of its development.There are three major accomplishing methods for Xi'an urban cultural choice: to protect its cultural ecology based on its historic cultural advantages;to remake its personal urban cultural quality in face of modernization of this city and the world;to create an excellent image of international modern city with xian's historic characteristics. |
