| Abstract: | Under the market economy condition,the credit is very important.It brings into line with the credit to the legal adjustment scope which uses it to become the right of credit.It carries on the protection to the credit the best way.The right of credit is a person credit for the aim manifestation,and the main content to realize the transaction credit benefits.In civil law,the right of credit is an independent right of personality which the main body enjoys.This not only is to the citizen's right of personality protection,but also is suitable the for need which the power protection credit activity normally carries on. |
