| 摘 要： | 学风建设是高等教育改革与发展中的一个永恒主题，同时也是一个系统工程。思想政治教育工作者可以思想政治教育为契机，从立志教育、敬业教育、博习教育和通达教育等几方面入手，循序渐进，逐步引导高等学校的学生树立起良好的学习风气，为学生成长成材创造条件。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China's higher education,learning atmosphere has gradually been highlighted in teaching & learning,especially in universities.Governed by the views of moral & ethic education,learning atmosphere can be designed or planned into four stages-education ideal orientation,professional devotion,intelligent advancement and world knowledge promotion.Therefore,good learning atmosphere can be constructed from one stage to another. |
