| 摘 要： | 对目前利用专利引用网络进行技术溢出路径识别的方法进行了改进，提出了结合专利引用网络和专利发明人合作网络的分析方法。并利用电力系统相关技术分类下的专利数据，对中国籍发明人从美国专利中获取溢出技术的路径进行了分析。研究发现，新方法构建的技术溢出网络反映了更为完整的技术溢出网络。样本数据构建的技术溢出网络整体分散，局部集中。在局部网络中，存在一些凝聚子群。这些子群在一定范围内增加了技术溢出的路径。网络中的少数中心节点连通了大量的网络节点，但是缺乏沟通不同子群的中间节点。

| Abstract: | This paper proposed an improved method which combines patent citation network and inventor co-invent network to identify international technology spillover paths.Then,we find a sample from USPTO to analyze the spillover network of power system technology that Chinese assignees acquire from US patents.We find that the technology spillover network constructed by new method can reflect more knowledge distribution channels.We get a loosely connected network which has some density subgroups.Those cohesive subgro... |
