| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于时空信息的运动目标的提取算法，设计出一套运行于TM1300之上基于MPEG-4编码标准的可行方案，实验结果说明了本文算法的有效性。

| Abstract: | An algorithm for Extracting Moving Object based on Spatio- temporal Information is suggested, and also a feasible method is given running on TM1300 and based on the ceding standard MPEG-4. The experiment results show the efficacy of this algorithm. |
