| Abstract: | It is an important subject faced by civilian-run colleges and universities to do well the employment works for the graduates.For this subject it is necessary:1).to integrate the social resource and set up the employment mode for the modern graduates;2) to carry out quality education and pay attention to enhancing the core competitive force of the graduates;3) to dig the market potential and let the colleges and universities closely cooperate with the employment service organizations. |
