Abstract:The key to implement the new curriculum is teachers' own revolutions.The school-based training aims at arousing teachers' life consciousness.Through interactions between their occupational expectations and professional demands,between theory and practice,and between knowledge,emotion and volition,teachers will develop and lead to cultural changes of schools under the guidance of new curriculum.
