| 摘 要： | 为了保护我国的生态资源环境,保证经济、社会的可持续发展,对企业进行基于循环经济的全面改造具有重大的现实意义.本文根据循环经济的理论和思想从经营理念、业务流程、财务管理制度和技术创新四个方面论述了企业再造的内涵和现实意义,以期对企业发展循环经济有所帮助.
