低碳低合金钢斗齿耐磨材料的研究

摘    要:在露天煤矿开采中,由于受工况土质软介质的影响,高锰钢斗齿不能满足耐磨要求.通过对低碳低合金钢的成分、热处理工艺及性能的分析,并借鉴国外使用经验,得出低碳低合金钢是抵抗高应力、高冲击负荷磨粒磨损工况的理想材料之一.

Abstract:By analyzing the components and performance of the low-carbon and low-alloy steel and the technology of heat treatment,and using the experience of other countries for reference,the paper finds out that the materials are considered to be ideal for the working condition of great stress and impact.
