| 摘 要： | 吴忠信主政新疆十八个月，正是三区革命如火如茶的阶段。面对连天烽火、动荡的局势及由此而连带的经济混乱，吴氏采取了诸如抑制通货、稳定物价、培育税源、开源节流等经济措施。本文试分析吴忠信主政新疆时期的经济政策、实施情况及其结果。

| Abstract: | Wu Zhongxin was in charge of Xinjiang for 18 months,while it was The Three-district Revolution in its full swing stage.Facing the war flames,the turbulent situation and the resulted implicative economic chaos,Wu had taken economic measures such as curb inflation,stabilizing prices,and cultivating sources of tax revenue,increasing revenue and reducing expenditure,and so on.This paper tries to analyze the economic policy,implementation and results under Wu Zhongxin's rule in Xinjiang. |
