| 摘 要： | 我国正进行着前所未有的基础教育课程改革,体育课程改革是整个基础教育课程改革的一个重要组成部分,课程改革要求高职学院体育教师充分意识到自己角色的转换。高职学院体育教师在教育实践中扮演着什么角色、能否适应要求转换角色和这次课程改革息息相关。体育教师是《体育与健康课程标准》实施的主体,教师要尽快适应新课程标准就必须首先对自己的角色重新定位。

| Abstract: | In nowadays' China, an unparallel curricular reformation in basic education is being carried out, in which , the P.E is one of the most important components. The curricular reformation requires that P.E teachers realize the role- changes they play in the education. The key to the reformation success is that what role the P.E teachers should play in educational practice and whether they can adapt to the new curricular standard. The P.E teachers is the subject for the practice of "the new curricular standard of sports and health", so the role- change is necessary for them if they want to meet the new curricular standard. |
