| 摘 要： | 在中国国家科技发展战略中，研究型大学是原始创新和自主创新的最主要力量，科学创新与发展需要有科学创新的原动力、良好的研究创新环境，和研究人才的涌现。研究型大学的现代化发展标志着中国现代化科学技术文化的发展。研究性大学要引领国家层面上的重大、重点科学技术研究方向，公平竞争、公平参与、公平评估。研究型大学应该预见到研究与发展全球化进程带来的挑战和机会，尽快地主动行动。研究型大学的教授应具有创新研究的素质：新思想(new idea)、主动(active)、敏感(sensitive)是科学研究的生命。要十分重视与发展大学的研究所和研究性公司，将各学科的交叉综合灌输到学科发展中去。

| Abstract: | Research universities play the most important role in the state S&T development strategy. Initiative and independent researches depend upon initiative dynamics,favorable research environment and excellent talent resources. Modernization of Chinese research universities essentially shows progress of China modernization of science,technology and culture. Universities research leads the development of the state major projects facing global challenges in research and development (R-D),and requires fair competition,participation and evaluation. The faculty members of these universities must have high research qualification,always with new ideas,being active and sensitive to the academic advance of international communities. It also should pay enough attention to develop the research institutions and companies in universities,and promote cross-fusion among multi-disciplines. |
