| 摘 要： | 腐败行为是与"三个代表"重要思想根本时立的,它严重侵蚀社会主义的经济基础,扰乱社会主义市场经济秩序,阻碍了社会先进生产力的健康发展;毒害了社会风气,破坏了社会主义先进文化事业的建设和进步;损害了广大人民群众的根本利益,影响了党和国家与人民群众的血肉联系。落实《中国共产党党内监督条例(试行)》,加强党内监督,反对腐败,是坚持党的性质和宗旨,实践"三个代表"重要思想的必然要求。

| Abstract: | Corruption is sharply opposite of the important thought of "Three Represents". It corrodes gravely the socialist economic foundation, upsets the socialist market economic order and hinders the healthy development of the social advanced productive forces; it poisons the social morals and undermines the building and progress of the socialist advanced culture; it impairs the fundamental interests of the broadest masses and lowers the flesh-blood relationship between Our Party and the masses. So carrying out the Supervising Regulations (Draft) within the CPC, exercising effective supervision within the Party and combating the corruption are the necessary requirements to adhere to the Party's quality and aim and to practise the important thought of "Three Represents". |
