| 摘 要： | 华侨华人、港澳同胞历来有爱国爱乡之传统。改革开放以来，他们以各种方式支持国内现代化建设，对广东高等教育也颇多扶助。我国及地方政府应该完善相关政策，采取多种举措，鼓励华侨华人、港澳同胞为广东高等教育的快速发展提供更有力的支持。

| Abstract: | Loving their native land is a long-standing tradition of overseas Chinese and of the compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao. Since China's opening and reform, they have supported the modernization drive in mainland China in various ways. They have also contributed considerably to the development of Guangdong's higher education. The national government and related local governments should perfect their related polices, take various positive measures to encourage them to lend more support to the rapid development of Guangdong's higher education. |
