| 摘 要： | 在媒体融合时代,期刊编辑传统的工作方式,已为各种新媒体技术所替代,加强互联网思维和技术,创新新媒体形势下工作途径是当前编辑亟须解决的问题,而继续教育培训是提升编辑能力最直接快捷的方法。目前已有的继续教育培训存在内容陈旧、形式单一、师资力量不佳、环境氛围及评价体系缺乏以及编辑思想观念不积极主动等问题。加强完善编辑继续教育培训体系的管理,加强时代性和实用性业务知识的内容培训,开展分层分类多模式培训,发展中青年授课专家,才能真正适应时代的需求,更好地促进传统期刊的转型升级,实现期刊的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | In the era of media convergence,the traditional working mode of journal editors has been replaced by various new media technologies.It is urgent for editors to strengthen internet thinking and technology and innovate working approaches under the situation of new media,while continuing education training is the most direct and the quickest way to improve editors’abilities.However,there are problems in the existing continuing education training,such as outdated content,the single form,poor teachers,lack of atmosphere and evaluation system,and inactive ideas.Only by strengthening the management of continuing education training system,strengthening the training on the contemporary and practical business knowledge,and carrying out multi-level and classified multi-mode training,developing young and middle-aged teaching experts,can we truly adapt to the needs of new times,promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional journals and realize the sustainable development of journals. |
