| 摘 要： | 建党百年,职业教育历经艰难曲折实现了高质量发展的“跨越式”转变。从百年职业教育发展历史的视角,对革命探索时期至新时代转型发展时期的职业教育政策分阶段进行了梳理。在中国共产党的领导下,我国的职业教育取得了伟大的发展成就,保障了现代职业教育体系结构的良性运转,凸显出具有职业教育特色的人才培养模式,培养了大规模的职业教育研究队伍,在管理体制上向多元治理不断变迁,逐步实现了职业教育社会地位的提高。回首过去,展望未来,新时代职业教育要继续坚持中国共产党的领导,全面完善现代职业教育体系建设,增强职业教育的适应性,创新灵活多样的职业教育培养模式,持续关注教育公平和国际发展动态,朝着中国特色职业教育发展道路不断迈进。

| Abstract: | In the hundred years since the founding of the Communist Party of China,vocational education has experienced difficulties and twists and realized the“leap forward”transformation of high-quality development.From the perspective of the development history of vocational education in the past century,this paper combs the vocational education policies from the revolutionary exploration period to the transformation and development period of the new era.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,China’s vocational education has made great achievements in development,ensured the benign operation of the modern vocational education system structure,highlighted the talent training mode with the characteristics of vocational education,trained a large-scale vocational education research team,constantly changed to diversified governance in the management system,and gradually realized the improvement of the social status of vocational education.Looking back on the past and looking forward to the future,vocational education in the new era should continue to adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,comprehensively improve the construction of modern vocational education system,enhance the adaptability of vocational education,innovate flexible and diverse vocational education training modes,continue to pay attention to educational equity and international development trends,and constantly move forward to the development path of vocational education with Chinese characteristics. |
