| 摘 要： | 通过研究高职教育产教融合的发展历程、推进区域先进制造业发展的意义、影响因素和存在瓶颈,提出高职教育产教融合有效推进区域先进制造业发展,需要采取“强化产教融合顶层设计,发挥政府统筹主导作用”“加快完善产教融合机制,创新产教融合模式”“优化高职教育师资队伍,强化师资培养培训”等策略,为加快构建产教融合协同发展命运共同体、促进区域先进制造业发展赋能提质。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the development process of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education,the significance,influencing factors and bottlenecks of promoting the development of regional advanced manufacturing industry.It is proposed that the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education can effectively promote the development of regional advanced manufacturing industry,by strengthening the top-level design,giving full play to the overall role of the government,improving the integration mechanism of industry and education,innovating the integration mode of industry and education,optimizing the teaching staff of higher vocational education,and emphasizing the teacher training,in order to accelerate the construction of a community of common future by the coordinated development of industry and education integration and empower and improve the quality of regional advanced manufacturing industry. |
