如何建设高校心理健康教育工作的长效机制

摘    要:当前高校心理健康教育要走向可持续发展的道路,必须首先建立心理健康教育工作的长效机制.深入分析当前影响高校心理健康教育长效性的因素,按照建设高校心理健康教育工作长效机制的基本思路,应采取如下措施:对心理健康教育工作进行统筹规划,并制定相关制度与措施;以心理健康教育目标的科学定位为导向制定工作计划;建设分工合理的心理健康教育工作队伍;并以管理科学化促进工作的可持续发展.

Abstract:If the college' s mental health education wants to take the road of sustainable education development, it must establish a long-term mechanism. Giving a deep analysis of the factors influencing the long-term mechanism for mental health education, and based on the orientation to construct the long-term mechanism for mental health education, col- leges should make an overall plan of mental health education, establish relevant rules and measures. Their working plans should be directed for scientific orientation of mental health education, and the working teams should be formed with reasonable divisions so that scientific management can promote the sustainable development of the work.
