| 摘 要： | 调查了福建省高校女性体育教师职业生涯现状。分析认为,福建省高校女性体育教师普遍存在不同程度的职业高原现象,层级高原现象最严重,中心化高原较为严重,内容高原尚不严重。在人口学差异下,高校女性体育教师职业高原有差异。高校分布、学历差异对女性体育教师职业高原的影响不大;职称、年龄、教龄差异对女性体育教师职业高原有较大的影响。
