| 摘 要： | 康复医学教育在现代医学教育中扮演着重要角色,但我国康复医学发展时间较短,发展过程中面临诸多问题。政府、院校、医院、企业构建“政产学研”协同育人体系,运用资源优势互补及共享、创新创业素质拓展等方法,解决在康复医学教育中可能遇到的问题,培养符合老龄化社会的康复人才,为康复医学教育发展提供新思路。

| Abstract: | Rehabilitation medicine education plays an important role in modern medical education.However,the development time of rehabilitation medicine is relatively short,so many problems need to be solved in the development process.We try to solve the problems encountered in rehabilitation medicine education by establishing a"government-industry-education-research"collaborative education system participated by the government,universities,hospitals,and enterprises,taking the advantage of resources sharing and complementing,developing the innovation and entrepreneurship quality of the students,so as to train rehabilitation talents in line with the aging society and provide new ideas for the development of rehabilitation medicine education. |
